Vinyasa flow teacher
Katie trained as a Yoga Teacher after experiencing huge mental and physical benefits throughout her 10 years of practicing Yoga. She successfully learned how to manage Stress, Anxiety & Depression and also how to keep her body strong, injury free and flexible.
Katie’s teaching style is Mindful Flow, inspired by her own practice. Expect a flowing class that focuses on the connection of breath and movement, moving mindfully through poses allowing you to explore your own body and mind to create a deeper connection to self.
Each week will be focused on building strength and flexibility in different areas of the body with the added bonus that as you move through movement with the breath you will calm down the body and the mind leaving you feeling relaxed and grounded.
Suitable for all levels she encourages students to work within their own body, taking options where appropriate.
