Mandy Mackay embarked upon her yoga journey in 2004, when suffering from acute back pain she first discovered Dynamic Hot Yoga.

The DHY practice with its emphasis on focused breathing brought lasting relief and vital healing energy to flow into her body, relieving tiredness and pain. Devoting herself to her DHY practice allowed her spine to heal. She discovered her love of this yoga and the transforming well-being it brings to life.

After years of dedicated practice Mandy decided to devote her life to yoga and to take the path of becoming a teacher. Study in India at the Sivananada Ashram Kerala further expanded her understanding as she achieved her yoga teacher qualification.

Today she is committed to the teaching and practice of the Dynamic Hot Yoga system as she continues the journey that started with that first DHY class.
