I began my yoga journey at dynamic hot yoga 3 years ago. As I runner I suffered from tight hamstrings. Initially I practiced yoga for the physical benefits, as my practice deepened I began to appreciate the mental benefits. Now I would be lost without a daily practice. I completed my teacher training in India where I studied Hatha, Iyengar and ashtanga yoga. I also immersed myself in the yogic lifestyle and learnt pranayama, kriyas and meditation techniques. I have returned to the uk excited to share the magic of yoga. Yoga means universal- I really believe yoga is for everyone!
