Vina discovered yoga for the first time in 2011 while living in Hong Kong. Having completed the Dynamic Hot Yoga teacher training in mid 2013, she is currently furthering her teaching qualifications with the British School of Yoga.
“I take advantage of any opportunity for self-improvement such as joining yoga workshops and courses to enhance my practice and share my knowledge with others. I consider teaching yoga to be an extension of personal practice and I am grateful for the opportunity to share my love of it with others.”
Vina also enjoys Bikram and Ashtanga yoga. Integrating yoga into daily life not only strengthens her physical body but also brings calmness to her mind, improves her patience, and enables deeper connection to her life.
Her other passions include food, travelling, socialising and spending time with her family.
