Women only yoga
Refresh and balance your mind, body and spirit through Body & Brain Women Only Training. This class is designed mainly for women who prefer not to attend mixed classes due to their religious beliefs or personal preferences.
It gives us an exciting opportunity to further implement our practice in balancing female energy and to concentrate deeper on how women specifically could benefit from this practice.
Women Only Yoga classes are available on Mondays at 12 noon. Classes are between 75 – 90 minutes long.
