Anna has been in fitness industry since 2007 and has been developing and learning about fitness and the human body ever since.
Anna started practicing Ashtanga in 2017 and fell in love with the practice from the very first class. 2 months later she has booked her 1st trip to India to complete 500 hrs teachers training and has never stopped practicing and learning about yoga.
Anna has been to India quite a few times to deepen her knowledge of yoga, and has attended a number of workshops across Europe to understand the method of Ashtanga. She has also spent 4 weeks as an assistant teacher on 200 hrs Ashtanga training in 2019, teaching students to become yoga teachers.
Through practicing yoga and a healthy lifestyle herself, Anna has learnt how important it is to listen to what the body really needs and finding balance is the key to a strong body and mind.
Anna is qualified in Ashtanga, Vinyasa and freestyle hot yoga and feels that everyday practice does make her life complete and fills it with so much extra happiness.
