Olive started her yoga journey in 2014 and was self taught for her first three years, throughout her time at university. Her practice provided a constant in her life, when there was a lot of external and internal change going on. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Kranti Yoga, Goa in March 2018 and has since been teaching across Brighton, Hove and surrounding Sussex areas.

Her style is a mixture of traditional yoga asana (Ashtanga and Vinyasa) alongside Animal Flow, mobility techniques, body weight strength movements, breath work and elements from her self practice. With strong foundations in anatomy, and yogic philosophy, expect an all encompassing yoga practice.
